Engraving on every award

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from Trophy Shop UK at trophyshopuk.com. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Trophy Shop UK sells trophies, medals, cups, glass and crystal awards, and engraving. You can contact us at any time by email at [email protected].

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you will get an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we accept your order and take payment. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is no longer available from our supplier, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Product photos are for illustration. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on screen. Sizes shown are approximate overall heights.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Engraving is charged at £1.70 per item and UK delivery at £6.99 per order. The total you will pay is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If we make an obvious pricing mistake we will contact you before dispatching, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

4. Engraving

We engrave exactly the wording you enter at checkout, so please check spelling, names, dates and capitals carefully before you order. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away and we will try to correct it before engraving starts. If we make a mistake in the engraving compared with what you entered, we will put it right free of charge.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We will email you when your order is dispatched. Engraved items take longer to prepare than plain items, so please order in good time for your event; if you have a deadline, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can meet it. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us within 7 days if anything is damaged or missing, so we can sort it out quickly. This does not affect your legal rights.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel and return are explained in our Refunds & Returns Policy. In short: you can cancel plain (non-engraved) items within 14 days of delivery; engraved or personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind; and faulty or wrongly engraved items will always be put right.

7. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Your information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Problems and complaints

If you have a problem, email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website when you order is the one that applies to your order.
